Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 508171347 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4AXISROBOTCABLE manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BR100SS by Manufacturer Kamo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kawasaki Brand 604051140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nisshin such as S4265S equipment made by Nisshin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nisshin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nisshin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 120273 made by Kearney as well as the popular PAUB207 original spares produced by Kawasaki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12197701400A9142334 by Kearney and S4265S spares by Nisshin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
